PS4 Error Code CE-35486-6, Unable to play disc

I didn't see anything about it on the internet. I got my PS4 yesterday. Very happy with it. I've had a lot of fun playing Killzone: Shadow Fall, Need for Speed, Contrast, and Resogun.
